Circular Pipe Fan Product Introduction
1. Model Naming
The product features a compact structure, reliable operation, low noise, easy installation, and energy-efficient performance.
3. The round duct fan features adjustable inlet/outlet dimensions ranging from 100mm to 315mm, with matching specifications for direct connection to round spiral ducts (or PVC pipes).
4. The circular duct fan is constructed with high-strength galvanized steel sheets and features a spray-coated surface for corrosion resistance, enabling installation in humid environments.
5. The circular duct fan features low starting current, with an IP44 protection rating and F-class insulation.
6. The motor is equipped with a thermal protector and operates in an ambient temperature range of-30℃ to 60℃.
7. The single-phase capacitor operates on 230V/50Hz/60Hz power supply. We can customize motors with different voltage and frequency according to customer requirements, such as 110V/60Hz, 400V/50Hz/60Hz.
8. The standard packing gland is configured with plastic PG9. We can customize products with different materials and specifications according to customer requirements, such as nickel-plated copper packing gland joints, 304 stainless steel, PG13.5...
9. Optional accessories such as speed regulators, mounting brackets, and clamps are available for installation.
10. The circular duct fan can achieve stepless speed variation through voltage and frequency conversion; alternatively, it can be equipped with a tapped speed control motor to realize multiple rotational speeds; stepless speed regulation is also achievable by adjusting the voltage.
11. The airflow curve test was performed under conditions of air density 1.2 kg/m³ and temperature 20°C, meeting the national standard testing requirements.
12. The fan's noise measurement data is expressed as sound pressure level, measured at a distance of 3 meters from the air intake.
